Welcome to the offices of Men at Work Construction. For a nominal fee, we can add space to your house or mansion so that you can hold more of what you want to hold.

Residences
can only hold so much. For a fee, Men at Work Construction
can come to your house and expand that valuable storage space. Please
note that house owners only, from Small House on up, can take advantage
of this service.
Listed
above are the home types, the four categories of possessions
whose storage space can be expanded and the limits that
initially come with that dwelling. A Small House
can hold 3 cars in its garage, for example. To
gain room for more cars, Men at Work Construction would
build an expansion to your garage.
However, the expansion can only be for the limit of the next size of dwelling. For example, a Small House, with garage expansion, can hold 5 cars. No further garage expansion can take place.
Hard work goes into these expansions. A fee is charged to compensate for these efforts. These charges are based on the size of the dwelling, and are for each item expanded:

To build a garage expansion on a Small House, for example, costs $10 million. To build a garage expansion and to have a swimming pool built at a Small House costs $20 million. (Note that it might be necessary for a home owner to go ahead and buy the next size of dwelling, rather than expand fully in all four categories of possessions.)
Note: Because adding a swimming pool and a tennis court adds no possession value to a mansion, building one of those items there costs just $20 million.
Submit a deal for construction to htgstore with the subject: "MEN AT WORK." In the text of the deal, mention what you are expanding and the location of your dwelling.
